A Few Fun Facts
Fellowship Time After Service
Following the service every Sunday, we have a fellowship time with delicious food - think light lunch, desserts, and coffee - all complementary and free of charge. It is a great chance to meet other people and talk in a relaxed environment. Just head over to the Fellowship Hall after service to enjoy!
Kids Sunday School Available
All children join us for the start of worship. During the sermon time, children aged 4 and up are invited to participate in Sunday School in a separate room, where they can learn about the message in an age appropriate way. They re-join their families at the end of the service again before communion.
What to Expect
What Should I Wear?
Where whatever you feel most comfortable in. Most attendees dress casual to business casual.
Do I have to be Lutheran to come?
We welcome all people, regardless of faith tradition or background. If this is your first time in a Lutheran church, the flow of our service may be new, as we follow a traditional liturgical worship style.
What is worship service like? How long does it last?
Our service runs about an hour, and includes traditional liturgical elements, such as hymns, Bible readings, prayers, responsive readings, and a 20 minute sermon message. If it is your first time at a liturgical church - don’t worry! We have an order of service and everything is on our big screens to follow.
Is is family friendly? What do kids do?
Yes! We welcome all ages to our service. Children under age 4 stay in the service with their families and we have activity bags to help keep them entertained. Don’t worry if they make noise - we welcome all God’s children! Children over 4 are welcome to attend Sunday School during the sermon.
Are you LGBTQ+ Friendly?
Yes! We believe everyone is made in the image of God and we welcome all individuals and families.
